Back to back or Lombard loan can be approved quickly amd efficiently by simply pledging assets that can easily be converted into liquidity up to a certain percentage of their market value.

We can review your asset funding to help minimise the impact of taxation, particularly in countries which impose wealth tax and inheritance tax. Both taxes are based on the net asset value of a property, i.e. its value, less the debt held on it.
